Shares Information

The Bank’s authorized capital shall amount to UAH 1,848,619,132.70  and be divided into 1, 607,494,898 ordinary shares with the par value of UAH 1.15 (certificate on state registration of shares issuance by the Securities and Stock Market State Commission, 20 March 2012 ).
