In accordance with the applicable Ukrainian legislation and VAB Bank Articles of Association, all of the Bank shareholders shall have the right to participate in the Bank governance and income distribution, to receive dividends, to manage shares according to the applicable laws, including shares alienating, to receive reliable and timely information about major corporate changes and Bank’s operations. At the same time, shareholders should perform their obligations to the Bank, including those related to their property participation, and not disclose confidential information about the activities of the Bank.
