Articles of Association contain the rules and regulations applicable to Bank’s organization and operation, its relationship with stakeholders, management bodies’ rights and obligations. Articles of Association may be amended by the resolution of the General Shareholders Meeting. Amended Articles should be approved by the National Bank of Ukraine and come into force after government registration according to the applicable Ukrainian legislation.
The latest VAB Bank Articles of Association were approved by the General Shareholders’ Meeting on 16 June 2011, agreed with the National Bank of Ukraine on 22 July 2011 and registered with the government authority on 4 August 2011.
