Nataliya Vasylyuk

Chairperson of the Supervisory Board

Chairperson of the Supervisory Board since 2011. Currently, Ms. Vasylyuk holds a position of CEO at Agroholding Avangard, LLC. Prior to joining Avangard in 2007, Ms. Vasylyuk worked at Prykarpatska Finansova Kompaniya, LLC (Sales and Marketing Director) and STC Investmnets, LLC (CFO) starting from 2004.

Education: Ivano-Frankivsk National University of Oil and Gas (major in Finance and Accounting, 2005).

George Kikvadze

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2011. From 2009 Mr. Kikvadze is a founding partner of a Cyprus based private equity fund Emergent Capital Partners. Mr. Kikvadze held positions of managing director at AFK Sistema – Sistema Telecom (Russia) and York Capital Management (Russia). Prior, Mr. Kikvadze worked at Morgan Stanley (Great Britain) and Oregon Investment Council / PCG Group (USA).

Education: The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA), МВА in Finance; The Paul H. Nitze School (SAIS), The Johns Hopkins University (USA), MA in International Relations and International Economics; Lundquist College of Business, University of Oregon (USA), BA in Finance and Management.

Olena Slesaryuk

Member of the Supervisory Board

Member of the Supervisory Board since 2011. Since 2008, Ms. Slesaryuk held a position of CFO and later was appointed as the Director of Ukrainian Gas Finance and Consulting Group. Prior, she worked at The East West Group.

Education: Poltava Technical University named after Yurii Kondratyuk (major in management).
