18.12.07 Alexander Melnik will head VAB Insurance instead of Zenoviy Kholodnyuk
Shareholders of VAB Group decided to assign Alexander Melnik for position of Chairman of the VAB Insurance Board instead of Zenoviy Kholodnyuk, who left this position.
Previously Alexander Melnik was a General Director of «Ukrainian insurance alliance», where he worked from 2003 worked as a Chairman of the Management Board. .
After 4.5 years of his management, the company, which was not even included in the market ratings before, showed a substantial growth, and today, is included in top-5 of the market insurance companies.
Chairman of the Management Board of VAB Group Peter Baron, commenting the new appointment, expressed confidence that Alexander’s rich professional experience and administrative talent will allow to place VAB Insurance on leading positions at the market and successfully to realize tasks, put before it by its shareholders.
